Arie resides in Powell, Ohio with his wife and two children, and has spent most of his life in Northern Columbus, a graduate of Northland High School. He is an expert in helping his clients with their buying and selling needs in Central Columbus including the Short North, Clintonville, Westerville, Worthington, Dublin and Powell. Arie specializes in new home construction, buyer and seller representation. Arie has extensive knowledge in finance, contracts, facilitating execution of binding documents. This allows him to provide optimal services to his real estate clients whether they are buying or selling a property. His multi-faceted expertise in contracts and finance are a great benefit to his clients. Arie takes a great deal of pride in showing off the neighborhoods and city he knows and loves. He enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with his clients and is well supported by his superb office staff and team at Coldwell Banker. Arie uses the latest technology platforms to market and find homes at an expert level. Arie’s exceptional educational acumen stands out with a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology from Lehigh University, Bachelor’s in Financial Management, M.B.A from Franklin University. He also completed his Real Estate program through Hondros College and is also a certified notary public. He is a member of Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors’ Multiple Listing service. Having travelled throughout the world in particular countries in Africa, Europe, and also throughout the U.S. he has a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating.
