About Trish

I am passionate about helping my clients purchase, sell or remodel a home. I have worked in the housing industry since 2006 assisting clients as a Home Stager and Interior Decorator. Shortly after, I gained certification in Color Consulting which enables me to guide homeowners in choosing the perfect paint and stain colors for their home and finishes such as countertops, flooring and cabinetry. My husband Steve and I owned a remodeling business where we worked together helping hundreds of people improve their homes and update them in the latest styles. I have lived in Beavercreek most of my life and proud to have attended and graduated from Beavercreek City Schools. I love our great city and my knowledge of the area is an asset to my clients, whether helping them sell their home, or welcoming them to the community. Aside from real estate, you will find me and Steve spending time with our blended family of 6 children and 16 grandchildren. I love being in the kitchen baking and cooking or outside grilling. I enjoy party planning and hosting friends and family in our home. When we are not at home our favorite places are the pool, lake or beach.
