About Denise Dyrdek Lunsford

I am Denise Dyrdek Lunsford. I have more than 20 years in a customer service/operations management setting. Seven years ago, I decided that being involved in my child’s life and being a part of all moments was more important. So I took the leap into real estate where I could make my own hours and realized how much I truly enjoyed helping clients sell or buy their dream home. I was born and raised in Kettering and have lived in Beavercreek since 2013. I have been married to my husband (Jason) for almost 13 years, have 1 son (Mason) and 2 Frenchie Fur Babies (Belle and Lucy). I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things. I have taken many growth and development course throughout my career to become a better real estate agent and excellent communicator. I am committed to all my clients throughout the entire process with the highest level of expertise.
