About Terrence

Born and raised in Canton, Ohio and currently, a proud King-Lincoln Bronzeville resident, Terrence is a Realtor that takes pride in being a professional with integrity, honesty, patience. As a first-generation home-buyer, Terrence understands and can alleviate some of the challenges many first time buyers face when making a decision to purchase a home. His versatility lends to having first-hand knowledge and experience in gut to stud renovation projects and property management. He uses this knowledge to advise clients on how to leverage loan programs to increase equity. His formal education and training in health and wellness allow him to support his clients holistically. Guiding his clients through the real estate experience while taking the well-being of the person and family into account makes a smoother, more convenient, and more pleasant buying or selling experience. As a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty, Terrence is supported with a professional staff, an international reputation for excellence, and a full- time marketing staff which gives him an edge in providing his clients with the professional and personalized service they deserve. He is also an alumnus of Capital University, a volunteer with The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks, and an American Council of Exercise certified trainer. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, & daughter trying new foods at local eateries, reading, and working in the yard.
