Education and Training Samantha has a Bachelors Degree from the College of Business and Economics at Ashland University with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics. She also graduated with honors at the top of her class and had the privilege to be a part of the 2012-2013 Eagle Investment Group at Ashland University. This is a program of distinction at AU and it allowed Samantha to gain experience managing over one million dollars of the University's Endowment Fund. She actively managed their growth portfolio and specialized in the Utilities Sector. Samantha has grown up in the Real Estate industry. She has worked alongside her parents at Coldwell Banker Realty since high school and through her college years helping them stay organized and develop effective marketing plans for the Powell Group's new listings. Samantha is also a certified Microsoft Excel Expert. She is ambitious about the Real Estate Market and always excited to learn new things in this ever-changing industry.
