About Morgan

Morgan Pauff is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. In addition, she is a licensed esthetician. Her passion for creating strong relationships and encouraging clients to reach their goals is what motivated her to begin her real estate career. Morgan’s background in psychology provides her the skill set to personalize every home buying experience. She tailors service to each client and assists them in navigating through a major life decision. Her expertise in helping people decompress allows her to make a stressful situation feel seamless. Morgan prides herself on being detail oriented and informative during the decision making process. These important qualities have developed through experiencing close family members navigate the real estate industry. Outside of real estate Morgan loves spending time with her husband, Franklin, and their son, Hudson. They have fun exploring the different metro parks around Columbus and trying out new local restaurants. She also enjoys participating in hot yoga classes and reading a good mystery novel.
