About Karin

Hello, My name is Karin Xander, born and raised in Lima, Peru. I am a Dentist graduating in 1996, and had my own Business Practice. Moved to USA in 2006 to marry my loving husband and we have 3 beautiful kids. While here in USA, I pursued to get my License as a Dentist. Went to OSU while pregnant with my first child finishing the first year of school, then decided to get my License as an EFDA (Placed fillings in mouth) instead. I have meet wonderful people through out these years and I'm still in touch with them. After working Full time in the Dental Office and Part Time in Real Estate, finally decide to retire from the Dental Industry. My goal is to help customers with purchasing or selling a home. Since First Home Buyers, Fix and Flip, Brrrr method and more. Real Estate is fascinating, and I love to touch and connect with people. I have friends that are investors in Columbus, and I have met others around the country that have opened my eyes and made me think to go this way. I'm bilingual, (English/Spanish) and ready to help you all the way of the process, step by step.
