About Faith

Faith has been a resident of the Westerville-Worthington area for the past 32 years and has witnessed the tremendous growth of Central Ohio real estate over the past decade. She grew up in Youngstown Ohio and graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, which led her into a 25 year technology sales career with both commercial and government clients. Her real estate career began in 1995 (alongside her tech career) when she purchased her first rental property and from there grew a portfolio of properties in three states, which she self manages. As someone who has bought and sold many properties, and experienced both excellent and 'not so' excellent transactions, her goal is to make sure you have an outstanding experience and become a customer for life who can confidently recommend her to others. She is prepared and passionate to be a strong advocate for her clients, negotiating the best deal regardless of which side of the table you sit. Whether traditional buyer, seller or investor, as a full-time Realtor, she values relationships over transactions and provides the same level of unmatched service at any stage of your real estate journey.
