I spent 16 great years as a police officer before being retired due to medical injuries. My primary motivation for becoming a police officer was to help others, and after retiring I searched for a new outlet for my desire to help others. Since I was already actively involved in real estate investing it was a natural progression to take my knowledge of the real estate market, from home construction to searching for great deals on existing homes and use it to help others find the great deals that I had previously found for myself.
