The home was completely renovated in the fall of 2021 and the spring of 2022. It was a fully permitted renovation completed by licensed contractors and all of the inspections were passed. There is literally nothing to do to the home, but move in. All new kitchen, bathroom, windows, vinyl siding, roof, electric and plumbing. The HVAC was a few years old at the time of the renovation so it was serviced by a professional company and given a thumbs up. There is a fenced in back yard with a deck covered by a sun shade.
