Hi! I’m Tim Shumrick, and I’m a lifelong Cincinnatian who likes to joke that he has traversed the map that is Cincinnati – from Anderson, to Norwood, to Hyde Park, and Northside, I’ve explored and lived all over the amazing Queen City. Proud Dog Dad to 4 pups – China (8 years), Aries (4 years) and Esther (3 years), and Bruce (3 years). Oh, and then there is my fantastic, artistic girlfriend, Rachel. Our family loves getting outdoor excursions in, from hiking, kayaking, road biking, hunting, and camping. Lately we’ve found ourselves exploring historic sites/architecture within the Tri-State area, such as the Chillicothe historic district! On those not-so nice days, I’m often setup with a good mythology or ghost book. Other times, you’ll find me tackling a good home improvement or outdoor community project (especially if it involves gardening). I’ve been active in the real estate realm for 8+ years. My real estate experiences run the spectrum from residential, commercial, to negotiation of lease business terms, and property management. My value commitment to my clients is this: being a straightshooter, providing foresightful strategy, tenacious negotiation, and conscientious communication.
