In 2013, Tim expanded from exclusively selling new homes to representing a wider segment of real estate transactions, and became licenced with the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors. Personal Background Aside from the three years he spent serving in the military, Tim is a lifelong Cincinnati resident who is very familiar with and knowledgable about the communities that make up southwest Ohio. He has twenty eight years experience in building, renovating, and negotiating contracts in the home industry, which gives him the tools needed to evaluate, advise, and negotiate the purchase or sale of your home.
