Tim Hinde, CRS Tim Hinde's dedication and commitment to delivering the highest level of real estate services has remained the same since he started full-time in the business in January, 1998. Tim has earned the Certified Residential Specialist(CRS) designation which is achieved by only 4% of Realtors Nationally, and he is most proud of earning the consumer rated Five Star Professional Award since the program's inception. Tim is joined in the business by his wife, Carrie, who provides strong administrative support and helps him with many of the behind the scenes details. Carrie has maintained her Ohio real estate license since 2005.
