About Kimberly

A lifelong Ohio resident, I relocated to Cincinnati in 1989 to be closer to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital when one of my seven children needed their medical expertise. We quickly fell in love with this city and decided to stay! While managing a household and raising my children, I enjoyed a fulfilling career in the medical field. There, I learned many transferable skills that help me every day in my real estate career–that every client has different needs, how to truly listen to what clients want, that excellent customer service and integrity are always a priority, and the importance of communication along the way. I’ve been a licensed REALTOR since 2016 and am excited to be a part of the Jack Schrand Team, where we boast a combined 45+ years of experience!
