What do you want to be when you grow up? Growing up, my answer was not a REALTOR®, never even crossed my mind but now that I am grown up, that’s my answer. I’m so fortunate that my winding path has led me to my career. I get to make a living doing something I love for some of the most amazing people and still have the time and flexibility to spend with my husband, son, daughter, and our rescue dog, Luna, along with the rest of my family and friends. Graduating from Ohio State University and starting my own art gallery taught me persistence, problem solving and paying attention to detail. Being married for over 20 years has taught me compromise. Being a mom has forced me to become patient, along with being a skillful negotiator always thinking a few steps ahead, an excellent listener, creative and of course, more problem solving. Volunteering in my community taught me exceptional time management skills and the importance of always following up. All of these experiences have allowed me to hone the many necessary skills to be a successful REALTOR®. I have a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and resources that I am anxious to share with you. In addition to all the life skills mentioned above, partnering with Coldwell Banker Realty gives me the time to continue to learn. I’ve been able to do an abundance of continuing education which has allowed me to earn the following accreditations and designations: Accredited Buyer’s Representative; Senior Real Estate Specialist; Pricing Strategy Advisor; New Home Construction; Certified Home Stager; Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource. Coldwell Banker also encourages giving back to our community and sponsors various events allowing us to connect with our clients and community. We’ve had coat drives and food drives and pet adoption events, and we partner with various charities to support throughout the year. Being a REALTOR® truly is an amazing career and I can honestly say that’s what I want to be when I grow up. Education Many, many hours of continued education in various areas of Real Estate After graduating from OSU, I took some interior design & drafting classes at Mount Saint Joseph for fun Graduated from Ohio State University with a BA in History of Art Graduated from St. Ursula Academy Community Service Meals on Wheels - Food delivery Monfort Heights White Oak Community Association - responsible for electronic distribution of the monthly newsletter and any additional electronic communication for announcements or general information. In addition to setting up the MHWOCA Facebook page, I continue to add content to the page. Volunteer at my kids' various schools. During their 10 years of attending St. Ignatius, I was a homeroom mom on and off , I volunteered in the library, helped coach various sports, completed a school sponsored yearbook project for each of their classes and ran the 8th grade carnival for 5 years which during that time brought in well over $30,000 for the school. Currently, I'm volunteering monthly in the Mount Notre Dame cafeteria.
