Julie Hice is born and raised in Cincinnati and a dedicated, driven full-time real estate professional who is passionate about providing a client experience that not just meets, but EXCEEDS your expectations. Julie found her passion for real estate following a 20+ year career in corporate sales as a medical device rep and national sales account executive. She is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management. Julie's philosophy is simple: clients come first. She is known as the Realtor who goes above and beyond to execute, fulfill and exceed her client expectations. Her job is to provide you with an amazing real estate experience, and she loves what she does. Julie enjoys spending her "free" time at the gym, and watching her 3 sons excel in the military and their respective careers.
