About Dave

Dave Sheppard graduated from Amelia high school in 1970 and has been a resident of Clermont County all his life. He currently lives in the Bethel area with his wife Bobbie Sheppard of 23 years. Although just licensed, Dave has been immersed in the world of real estate for over 10 years as his wife works for the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors. Dave has had a lifetime of experience to prepare him for his career in real estate. In 1975 he started his twenty-seven-year career in law enforcement. Twenty-two of those years were spent working in sheriff sales and foreclosures. In 2001 Dave retired from law enforcement in 2001 and went to work for Clermont County Treasurer and then to the Zoning Department for Batavia Township. All this experience has given Dave extensive knowledge of property values and many other skills to help serve his clients. In his down time Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and is a proud Bengals fan. Dave knows that the different aspects of his previous careers have given him the ability to maintain an exceptional level of professionalism while assisting his clients in their buying and selling needs.
