About Chase

Chase has been a licensed real estate agent since March of 2009. Prior to starting his career in real estate, Chase worked as a senior mortgage officer with extensive experience in financing real estate purchase transactions. This foundation of industry knowledge allowed him to quickly adapt and transition to the front lines of the real estate transaction. Chase has negotiated hundreds of successful sales. Annually he closes more than 4 times the average real estate agent making him one of the top buyer agents in the city. Chase consistently ranks in the top 5% of producing real estate agents for the greater Cincinnati area. Chase devotes considerable personal time to elevating standards and practices within the real estate community and assisting newer agents as they grow their business. He also volunteers his time at the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors as a 3-year member of the Cincinnati MLS Users Committee. His work on this committee has helped improve the Multiple Listing Service to create a better user experience for both real estate agents as well as home buyers and sellers.
