About Chad

Helping others is something I have always had a passion for. I have been an active member of the Cincinnati community coaching, teaching, and volunteering for over 17 years, and I am excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. I graduated from Miami University in 2005 and have taught in the Oak Hills Local School District ever since. I have been given the opportunity to serve as math and team leader. I have also coached in the Oak Hills, Harrison and Ross communities from grades K-12. I enjoy helping individuals grow in any way I can. As a proud member of Coldwell Banker Realty, I carry the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything I do. I will give my full attention to every detail whether you are buying or selling your home, and guide you through the process. On a personal note, my wife and I currently live in the Ross Local School District with our three children. We love to garden, spend time at the beach, and play sports together.
