About Candice

Hi, I’m Candice Jacobs, a lifelong resident of Lebanon and someone who truly loves this community and the people who make it special. My husband, Joel Jacobs and I are blessed to be apart of the Woehrmyer Team and together we’ve built a family and a life centered around serving others. We’ve been together since high school and are raising our two children surrounded by the support of our large family, all of whom call this area home. Real estate is more than just buying and selling homes to me — it’s about helping people navigate important transitions and achieve their goals through every season of life. Whether someone is purchasing their fi rst home, fi nding more space for a growing family, downsizing, or starting a new chapter, I’m passionate about making the process smooth, encouraging, and rewarding.
