Prior to forming the Draznik Group, Bill worked at The Model Group and participated in the development of 515 apartment and condo units, with total development costs of $84.5M. Since 2014, Bill is the #1 listing & buying agent of buildings in Over the Rhine, Pendleton, West End and Mt. Auburn. Bill has been awarded the Circle of Excellence Award from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors every year since 2014, and has been consistently ranked in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide since 2017. Bill is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of St. Xavier High School and Dartmouth College. Bill resides in Hyde Park with his wife Nicole and sons Ronan & Otto. During his free time, Bill enjoys playing squash and golf.
