About Karen

As the 2020 recipient of the "Realtor of the Year" award, an Associate Partner with Coldwell Banker Heritage, the 2017 President of Dayton Area Board of Realtors and a third generation Daytonian, Karen O`Grady has been helping people buy and sell homes in the dayton area for several decades. A Top Agent, specializing in Luxury Homes & Relocation Specialist since 1987 she has extensive experience in the corporate transfer and local market. An in-depth knowledge and training in specialized marketing programs as well as strategic alliances with mortgage, title companies and other local Real Estate professionals has helped Karen remain one of Coldwell's Top Agents for over 20 years. In additiion to serving as a Director on her local board Karen also serves as a Director for the Ohio Association of Realtors and a past Director of the National Association of Realtors.
