From a young age, I embraced the mantra of 'Get up, Dress up, and Show up,' a principle that guides my daily life. With a rich background in fostering the growth of businesses, I am committed to consistently 'showing up' as a valuable resource for agents. After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, I enjoyed a successful 20-year career within the juvenile correctional system, holding various supervisory roles. During the latter part of my career, my focus shifted towards collaborating with others to build robust business models. In 2016, I entered the real estate arena as a REALTOR, swiftly advancing to the role of Sales, Development, and Education Assistant Manager at Coldwell Banker Realty. Managing a large office with 200+ agents, I concentrated on agent development and production. Simultaneously, I served as the Assistant Managing Broker, providing advisory support for thousands of real estate transactions. In 2020, I assumed the position of Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty for an office with 70 agents. In 2021, my team and I achieved recognition as the #1 growth office in Colorado and earned the designation of a Colorado President's Advisory Council office. With a passion for coaching, speaking, and providing educational assistance, I aim to bring a balanced and targeted approach to businesses through the development of connection, value, and expertise. My goal is to breathe life into your business, drive production, and establish a sustainable, growing, referral-based enterprise.
