During my senior year of high school, our carpentry class achieved something remarkable—we built a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1,800 square foot house in Wadsworth from the ground up in just one year. Notably, we are the only school in Ohio to accomplish such a feat within a year. This transformative experience ignited my interest in real estate, fueled by the skills I gained in renovating properties during that time. The realization that my real estate license could facilitate my investment pursuits further motivated me to delve into the industry. Norton has been my lifelong home for 18 years, providing me with an intimate understanding of the community and its nuances.
