Business Philosophy A home is generally the single largest investment a person makes, and the purchase or sale of a home can be quite stressful. I am committed to helping my clients buy or sell for the best price in the shortest amount of time. Nothing makes me happier than seeing smiles on the faces of my clients when we find that perfect property! I believe in treating each client's sale or purchase as if it were my own. I take pride in a job well done and offer prompt, efficient and reliable service. I am involved at every stage of your transaction; from start to finish, you can count on me to be there for you! Background As a lifelong resident of Westchester County, I am familiar with all the cities, towns, villages, hamlets of this beautiful county and the many opportunities they offer. I was raised in Yonkers and have spent the last 30+ years residing in northern Westchester, specifically in Ossining, Yorktown and Croton. Putnam and Dutchess Counties also offer valuable housing opportunities and I am proud to support clients in these areas as well. I've enjoyed an eclectic, varied career path that ultimately prepared me for real estate. I worked for an international company, negotiating and managing complex multi-million dollar contracts. During this time, I learned about various foreign cultures and honed my negotiation skills. Most importantly, I learned to listen. I also spent years teaching adolescents and adults and especially enjoyed the years I spent teaching English as a Second Language (ESL). I believe it's especially important to educate my clients about the process of buying or selling a home by providing market insight, information on current trends, comparable sales/property values and realistic expectations. My real estate career has focused on residential resale and I've sold many single family homes, condominiums and co-ops. Additionally, I've also had the opportunity to work for some of the area's top builders and have gained extensive new construction experience. I worked with buyers "from the ground up" and especially enjoyed helping them personalize their homes with custom designs and finish selections. My own experience with several "to the studs" home renovations has enabled me to help clients see the potential in a property. Education and Training I continually take classes to keep current with the ever changing world of real estate and technology so that I may continue to offer my clients top notch service. I also earned a BA from SUNY Albany and an MBA from Iona College.
