I began my career in Manhattan as an Accessories Buyer for a major department store covering the New York/Philadelphia region. My husband and I bought a wonderful weekend retreat in Saugerties in 1985 to escape the hectic pace. As time went on, that home became our full time residence. We grew to love the peace, tranquility, and welcoming community we had become a part of. I chose at that point to go into the Real Estate field, as I felt I had a good understanding of many of the things my customers are looking for. Their desires are for a place to relax, a friendly town or village to explore, and a wide variety of diversions to enjoy nearby- hiking, skiing, boating on the Hudson, or a great restaurant to have a leisurely brunch with friends. I felt I had the special abilities to convey the unique attributes of this beautiful Hudson Valley. I truly enjoy putting forth the extra effort to make customers feel comfortable immediately when we being our search for their home. It could be a cozy country cottage, a farmhouse waiting to be restored, or a spectacular mountainside contemporary – I will carefully help each step of the way to achieve your goal of a home that is just right for you.
