Whether assisting first time home-buyers, sellers, empty-nesters, or investors, Nancy brings the same level of energy, expertise and dedication to client satisfaction in real estate that she used during her successful public relations career. Her knowledge of the lower Hudson Valley comes from being born and raised in Westchester. She is also knowledgeable about the Bronx. Nancy stays on top of emerging real estate trends, by taking courses through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She’s achieved the following NAR designations: Accredited Real Estate Professional from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), which specializes in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, connecting to a network of resources, and fostering empathy with clients and customers; At Home w/Diversity, prepares REALTORS® to work effectively with and within today’s increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers; and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification that enhances skills in pricing properties, creating Competitive Market Analysis (CMA), working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values. Nancy can also introduce clients to the other professionals necessary to completing a successful real estate transaction. These include mortgage professionals, lawyers, home inspectors, engineers, financial advisers and others.
