About Jason

Jason Schmeltzer is a full time real estate agent covering the Northern Westchester and Putnam County markets. He specializes in residential real estate sales and leases working with home buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors. Jason brings a strategic and dedicated approach, working tirelessly to help his clients achieve their goals and objectives. Right after graduating from Mercy College with a Bachelor in Business Administration specializing in Marketing, he began a career working in sales and customer service companies including Crown Awards, HomeAdvisor and Rectangle Health. He moved into real estate to combine his skills with his passion. Jason uses his communicative style to collaborate directly with clients helping to guide, educate and protect each party through all the intricacies of the buy / sell process.
