Who's been on the constant search for a Vestal ranch?? Well, don't waste time thinking about this one. First of all, this home is in a super quiet neighborhood on over a half of acre & is SUPER private, but still close to the University & all of the desirable attributes of Vestal that everyone is looking for. The home is solid & has an easy living floorplan. One of this home's most distinctive features is the cork flooring that extends throughout the first floor. Laid in a unique geometric pattern, it adds warmth, texture & architectural interest; this home was afterall built in 1950. This flooring is so beautiful in person & an unexpected design element rarely found in homes in our area & is giving mid-century vibes! A kitchen update is all this home needs to bring her right into moderness! There is storage galore..hidden cabinets everywhere and I dare you not to say "holy cow, this basement is gigantic!!" when you tour for yourself! Enjoy my virtually staged photos for inspo!
