About Mark

Mark has been in the people helping business for over three decades. He is a native New Yorker growing up in Queens and moving to Long Island in 1995. He secured his Real Estate License and affiliated with the Century 21 international brand in 2008. He is currently affiliated with ColdWell Banker American Home Real Estates North Shore Office. Mark specializes in all facets of residential real estate, whether it be helping the first-time homebuyer, the investor acquiring the perfect distressed property or the home seller securing the best price for the sale of their house. As a retired educator he draws upon his experience to coach his clients to make the most educated decisions possible. His strong negotiation skills and understanding the unique problems that arise within a real estate transaction have added to his success. Clients appreciate his flexibility, patience and ability to listen and hear their wants and needs. Many Long Island homeowners have profited from the services that he provides, as a committed real estate professional. In addition, Mark is certified by The Long Island Board of Realtors as a (CBR) Certified Buyer Representative by The National Association of Realtors as a (PSA) Pricing Strategy Advisor. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness training, bike riding and spending time with his family.
