About Gina

As a licensed Realtor in NY & NJ, Gina has spent the last 4 years of her 26 year career in real estate focused on working with families who are selling homes in the NYC boroughs of Staten Island & Brooklyn and buying throughout Staten Island and NJ. Gina shares her own personal experience of moving from Brooklyn to Staten Island, with her most recent move being to to Marlboro, NJ. "I've been a part of hundreds of sales but more than that, I've been in their shoes! It is so important to be relatable. You have to listen to your clients concerns and prepare them for the steps all the way through. There is so much information out there and it isn't all good, and it's certainly not all true. The sellers and buyers nowadays really need someone to help sort it all out. That's where my experience shines. Building trust, communicating honestly and effectively and being a reliable resource for my clients is my top priority. We can go from really serious and emotional conversations where we have to make some big decisions to talking about our favorite bagel stores and pizzerias.
