About Daniel

Daniel Pooran has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2018. Having been around real estate transactions all his life, becoming an agent seemed natural. Growing up, his father bought properties, fixed them up, and rented them out. He recalls the opportunity to go to multiple cities, and see his father’s houses, as well as the families who would eventually move in! Daniel joined Team Karp with the Coldwell Banker American Homes’ Smithtown branch office, because of Bryan Karp’s stellar reputation in the field. His expertise and guidance are second-to-none. Daniel adds his own gifts and skills to the team! Daniel has been in the customer service industry since he was sixteen where he worked in a barbershop and learned how to successfully interact with all types of people, taking great pride in perfect service and satisfaction. Patience and carefully listening to your wants and needs are his strongest traits. Daniel’s finest attributes are his attentiveness, passion, and personability. Possessing an MBA in addition to his real estate license, and mortgage originator license, Daniel owns multiple investment properties including Airbnbs and a property management company. In Daniel’s words, “ My highest goal is to be able to help as many people buy and sell their homes as I can, with their best interests in mind .” When Daniel isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, whom he credits with being his motivation for success. Daniel leads a very active lifestyle and likes adventures and traveling to new places. Anything that involves hiking upstate, going to the gun range, shooting his bow, going paintballing, or any type of competitive sports is right up Daniel’s alley! In the fall, Daniel roots for his favorite NFL team, the Green Bay Packers. Daniel’s quest for adventure and thrills also includes trying new restaurants and various types of food. Not only an athlete, but Daniel is also a big softie dog lover who has had many pets over the years. Daniel enjoys giving back to his hometown community, Deer Park.
