Luciana is a licensed Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker, working out of the Rye office. She is licensed in CT & NY. Luciana resides with her family in Westchester County. She currently serves as Director for the HOA Board of the Director and Buildings and Grounds, in her community in Rye Brook, NY. She has been active in the community serving on various committees, including the ARB (Architectural Review Board). She is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. Prior to real estate, Luciana worked as a Bronx High School Administrator for the NYC Public Schools and as an Assistant College Professor at the NYC College of Technology. Additionally, Luciana has an M.S. in School Administration and an M.B.A. in Finance. Through her extensive knowledge of finance, she has worked with her clients to secure coop board approvals and understand the process. Luciana represents buyers, sellers and renters in Rockland, Westchester and Bronx counties in NY as well as Fairfield County in CT.
