I have been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson since 2000 and since then have helped many families either find their dream home or assisted them with transitioning to the next chapter of their lives. I am a hard working professional agent who is always available to my clients and customers. I am an expert on the local market conditions, the recent trends in real estate that affect a buyers ability to purchase a home or for a seller to get the property sold. I have performed many transactions and negotiated with banks to successfully help a distressed seller get out of a difficult situation. I have also helped buyers determine the validity of a short sale and to assess the value of a property when deciding whether or not to proceed with a particular transaction. I am involved in our local community on many levels and have a complete understand of the neighborhood and local towns.
