Gannou house is a cozy lakefront residence facing South on Rainbow Lake part of a three-lake chain. The lake offers both wide lake expanses perfect for motorboats and areas perfect for paddling and wildlife viewing not conducive to motors. The salt box style house has a central great room with cathedral ceiling. There are two bedrooms with ensuite baths. There is a large screen porch and two decks on the lake side of the house. Privacy is assured with many trees, between neighbors. Included are a two-slip boathouse and garage. This is a congenial lake neighborhood with very limited access to the public only 20 minutes from Saranac Lake, the airport, and endless recreation in the Adirondacks.
