Business Philosophy To provide ultimate and loyal professional service to buyers and sellers throughout the entire home buying/selling process. Education and Training I have been a licensed salesperson since 1984 and have over twenty years of marketing, public relations and sales experience. During these twenty years I have taken many hours of continuing education courses in Real Estate so that I am always ahead of what is new and changing. Awards and Designations I have had various Silver and Gold Awards presented to me by the Westchester County Board of Realtors since 1984. Areas of Expertise I am a Westchester County residential specialist. I am experienced in selling single-family, multi-family homes, condominiums, coops, land, and new construction all in different price ranges. Community Involvement I have been involved in the Briarcliff Manor PTA, Athletic Department and Booster Club. I have been an intermediate firefighter and an Emergency Medical Technican for the Briarcliff Manor Fire Department and Ambulance Corps since 1996. I currently hold a part-time position as Administrative Manager for the Briarcliff Manor Fire Department. Personal Background I have lived in Briarcliff Manor since 1977 where I have raised my family. I have a college degree in administration and have worked for Boston University, MIT, Harvard Medical School and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Administration from 1971-1984. Communities I Serve Briarcliff, Ossining, Pleasantville, Cortlandt,Sleepy Hollow, Scarborough, Valhallla, Thornwood, Hawthorne, Ardsley, Irvington, Hastings and surrounding areas. I can refer buyers and sellers to other agents locally and nationwide through our Coldwell Banker referral system.
