About Kathleen

After beginning her sales career in Retail, Kathleen moved to Real Estate, joining Coldwell Banker in 2003. Her sales philosophy was simple, to treat each person with respect and professionalism. In 2018 Kathleen accepted an Assistant Manager position with Coldwell Banker, working in both the Yorktown and Croton offices until they merged to form the Lower Hudson Valley Regional Office. Now, as the Senior Managing Director for Coldwell Banker's Pleasantville Office, Kathleen blends her unique experience and her creative approach to bring people together, helping to find solutions to problems that may arise, while assisting her agents to live out exceptional lives in a rapidly changing landscape through the Coldwell Banker Core 4 Values and the use of innovative technology, unique marketing and personal attention. As a non-competing Manager, Kathleen is free to fully focus on her agents, assisting them to grow their business. Together with an experienced and talented administrative staff, Kathleen is committed both to her agents as well as excellence in customer service; and is able to offer in-office training, assistance and a welcoming culture. Dedicated to faith and family, Kathleen and her husband Dan were married in 1986. They have been blessed with 4 children, and became grandparents in 2008, then again in 2020. Active in the community, she taught religious education classes at her home parish, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Shrub Oak for 22 years (never actually making it out of the second grade). Creative, enthusiastic, dedicated, and honest, Kathleen enjoys working with people of diverse backgrounds and she guides her agents with the same dedication and driving principals she brought to her own sales career.
