About Barbara

Barbara is a native New Yorker, a 27-year resident of lower Westchester, and she has lived a life of real estate, moving many times during her childhood. She has lived and traveled extensively in the South and the West as well as in the Northeast, and she feels strongly that this moving fostered her fervent passion for real estate. It was not only the buying and selling and renting of homes that appealed to her early on--it was the negotiating and the people skills. Barbara's real estate career includes a five-year stint with a top-selling agent in her office. Afterward, she began to work independently, and, for each successive year, Barbara has increased her sales, volume, and knowledge. She has listed homes in Hastings-on-Hudson, Bronxville, Chappaqua, the Bronx, Yonkers, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, and Cold Spring, while also working with buyers. Her work has broadened to include rentals as well as working with investors, closing 11 transactions with one investor. Barbara stakes her reputation on excellent and attentive customer service-she is knowledgeable and responsive to ALL of her clients' needs, whether they are in the market to sell or buy a large home or a small one.
