My motivation stems from my ability to ensure that one’s real estate experience is enjoyable, seamless, and stress-free, whether buying or selling. I clearly define each and every step throughout the entire process. Going beyond the task at hand, regardless of the norm, is crucial in keeping my buyers and sellers unequivocally satisfied. In addition to building a trusting relationship with my clients, I have an innate sense to listen and interpret their needs. My drive is unparalleled. My fun, friendly, and approachable nature is only exceeded by my dedicated, resourceful, and knowledgeable work ethic. With more than $42+ Million in successful Westchester transactions, my ability to negotiate and coordinate the myriad disciplines involved in a transaction (Ie. Attorneys, lenders, inspectors) is proven. A native of Westchester County, I have a first-hand understanding of what our wonderful communities offer (born and raised in New Rochelle). I relocated my own family from the Midwest to Chappaqua and acutely identify with those dynamics, as well. Now, an empty nester, I enjoy White Plains as home. Prior to my extensive career in real estate, my Biochemistry degree served me well. As a marketing Sales Engineer, then Corporate Chemical Buyer for a Fortune 25 corporation, the invaluable experiences equipped me with outstanding team-based and negotiating skills in both Purchasing and Selling. Having studied classical piano since childhood, highlighted by performing at the Weil Recital Hall within Carnegie Hall, I proudly achieved valued life lessons, of commitment and dedication to every endeavor I pursue.
