There are some houses in the Village of Pittsford that are truly special and this is one of them. Steeped in the history of the Village and both the Erie and Barge Canals, this classic Village charmer has everything that you are looking for with the potential for so much more. The are tons of updates and upgrades with wonderful space and natural light throughout. Everything has been well maintained and the landscaping is phenomenal. Not to mention one of the three best covered front porches in the Village. But I’ve buried the lede. Yep the thing that puts it over the top, aside from the neighbors, is the detached 4-stall garage that used to be…wait for it… a mule shed for the old barges.
