About Suzanne

Suzanne was recently ranked in the Top 10 of the Coldwell Banker Warburg office and recognized for being in the Top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide based on sales volume. A native New Yorker, Suzanne was a practicing attorney before she became a real estate broker. She offers in-depth knowledge of the New York City real estate market and deep experience in all aspects of residential real estate, including pricing, marketing and negotiation. Suzanne works with great dedication on behalf of each client, following through on every detail required for a successful closing. She has an outstanding work ethic and brings absolute discretion and professionalism to her business. Suzanne has served on her co-op board. She has been a volunteer with the Blood Donor Program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and she’s also a supporter of Fred’s Team, an MSK running program which raises funds for the hospital, named for Fred Lebow. Suzanne and her husband live on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
