Johnathan's love for real estate was born out of his experiences in historic Augusta, Georgia. There, he launched a development company to transform a vacant 1860s warehouse into a new mixed-use building and defined his future career path from that moment on.Today, Johnathan is a Manhattan real estate veteran and a Certified Negotiation Expert who has earned admirable success and accolades along the way, including record-setting price-per-square-foot condo sales, negotiating a co-op purchase within a weekend to accommodate visiting buyers, consistently capturing stellar return on investment and delivering multiple offers over listing price. Johnathan earned a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and is an active member of the Municipal Art Society (MAS), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Center for Faith and Work (CFW).
