From the fast-paced world of television to the dynamic world of New York City real estate, Blake Zises brings over a decade of experience in media to the Blacker & Reed team at Coldwell Banker Warburg. As a former Director at Paramount Brand Studio, she led award-winning campaigns for brands like Netflix, AMEX and Molson Coors seamlessly integrating them into iconic franchises like Yellowstone, Billions, and Dexter. Work that demanded creativity, poise under pressure, and complex project management, all skills that naturally carry over into real estate. Blake’s passion for real estate began well before the gut renovation of her own Manhattan co-op apartment, but that hands-on experience deepened her appreciation for the emotional and financial investment involved in finding or selling a home. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to each transaction and strives to make the process not only seamless, but fun. A native New Yorker, Blake lives on the Upper East Side with her husband and two young children. She is a graduate of Boston University. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends and keeping active—whether running around the reservoir, traveling or discovering new music.
