About Mary

As an experienced real estate agent growing up in Rockland County, I have acquired special knowledge of the communities in the county which allows me to match buyers and sellers together. Working in New City, the seed of Rockland County, Coldwell Banker gives me the opportunity to find the right town, village and hamlets for any buyer. I am in constant contact with home inspectors, attorneys and mortgage brokers which are available to protect your rights and interests. I work closely with both landlords and potential tenants to make sure that both parties are more than satisfied when a lease is signed. When I started my career in real estate, I thought it might be a fun job, but as I started to learn and grow in this business I learned to love it. In my opinion a professional relationship is based on helping my clients sell their homes with as little stress as possible. The other half of the job that I enjoy is to find a perfect home for my buyers, because I know they will grow to love their home and community as I do.
