I Am very familiar with other 8 church members in the surrounding areas and they are about 750 families and some of them are my previous customers. Very active member of Westchester Malayalee association and are about 1200 very actively participating members, we have celebrations in all important occasions and yearly sports and games. PTA VP of Yonkers public School, and attending all meeting. Personal Background I am currently residing in Yonkers, having been here for 25 years, managing Real Estate businesses over 26 years in the surrounding communities. I am familiar in most of the Lower Westchester Cities and town. I know the neighborhoods,, School system, average prices for listed and sold houses in each area.
