Biography I was born to be a leader! As the oldest of 7 children, I learned from a young age how to organize, time-manage, multi-task and negotiate. These skills have translated into me being a top agent. I get my client from start to finish through the processes of buying or selling your home.After 10 years in the business, I am trained and experienced to navigate the details of real estate. I have problem solving skills, foresight to ask the right questions, experience to anticipate the next steps, and know where to go to get the answers. All of these tools are needed to successfully lead you to the closing table.My process starts with spending the first part of our meeting understanding the entire picture of your selling or buying situation. I will ask all parties their expectations and their motivations for taking this step. Next, we will determine a timeframe, and then together we will come up with a plan to achieve these goals.My prior marketing experience (with Grey Advertising in NYC), negotiation skills (honed in the purchasing department of Madison Square Garden), and knowledge of the area all combine to make me a great team mate to get you the most money for your sale or save you from over spending for your purchase.In 2007, I got my license and in 2008, the economy crashed. I remember thinking, “If I can make money during this crisis, I can be a success in this industry.” I worked hard, learned all about short sales as the banks were learning about them. The rules were ever changing which required me to be adaptable, persistent and patient.I love Long Island. I have traveled the world but the best part of travel is coming home. I have sold homes across Long Island from Manorville to Garden City. I pride myself on punctuality. I am reliable and easy to talk to. I do not take on more than I can handle.My two children and husband are all a big supporters. I take many continuing education classes to stay current.Experience, that coupled with my desire to always be improving make me a good partner in your real estate needs. As Tony Robbins taught me …..
