Ginamarie is a long term Shoreham resident with strong ties to her community. She is a NYS Emergency Medical Technician and volunteered for over 5 yrs. at the Rocky Point fire department and within Schools her town. She has over 25 yrs. health care experience and understands how to nurture the client relationship. She is a hard working enthusiastic agent who listens to you and will work tirelessly on your behalf. She believes that the best work comes out of passion for what one does. Ginamarie is a experienced Real Estate Salesperson with a demonstrated history of working in the Real Estate industry. Skilled in Mortgages, first time home buyers, senior retirement communities, and vacation rentals. I am a member of the Young Professionls group and continue to grow as a realtor with continuing educational classes. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Dowling College along with many more specialized certifications.
