About Giannoula

Born and raised on Long Island, NY, and a current resident on the North Shore, Giannoula “Gia” Colasanto is equally passionate about real estate and her local community. After studying Accounting and Business Marketing/Management, prior to real estate, Gia spent part of her career in mortgages, retail sales and in most recent years working with her family's Food Service business Ikaros Foods, a company her immigrant father started back in the early 1980's distributing frozen/fresh produce and paper products all over Long Island. Sales and customer service have always come naturally to her because of this experience and understands the importance of customer satisfaction and communication. Her love for helping the community, travel and exploration sparked her passion for real estate, and after years of committing time with her family business, she is excited to be turning that focus toward real estate. As part of the Coldwell Banker American Homes family, she is focused on helping families find their next home. Gia never forgets the impact having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. Communicating early and often, she ensures her clients are kept up to date throughout the entire homebuying and selling process.
