About Debbie

I am a proud and important member of the Tri Hamlet Community, and I have been a resident for over 5 2 years. I have been been a local realtor for over 2 7 years, and I currently works with Coldwell Bank M&D Good Life, where I serve the community by providing services such as exceptional experience in selling homes, assisting first time homebuyers in securing grants and down payment assistance . As a Certified Buyer Representative (CIRE), and a Grant Specialist, I can be trusted with all of your real estate needs. Additionally, I am the Commissioner of Mastic Sports Club Kyle Sports for Special Needs. As Commissioner, I have been a fierce advocate for inclusion of all children and have dedicated myself to opening doors for children and families with special needs. I established the MSC Kyle Sports organization over 1 5 years ago. I became the President of AMBUCS Long Island in 2018 . I advocate for families with children and adults with special needs, one Amtryke bike at a time and facilitate the process. I am also a Broker for The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities ( OPWDD ). In t his role, , I advocate and provides brokerage service s by helping families create a life plan and budget for their family member s who need inclusion services within their respective communities with self-direction services. I was recognized for my hard work and leadership in the community by NYS Senator Dean Murray, who recognized Debbie as his 2024 NYS Senate “Women of Distinction” Honoree. Outside of her professional career and selfless dedication to her volunteer work, Debbie is a fierce advocate for ADA rights and regulations to create accessibility and inclusion for everyone . Debbie’s family proudly support her in all of her hard work and dedication within the community.
