James Karpowicz is a Real Estate Sales Agent with extensive experience in luxury design, new home construction, renovation and land development. He provides consultation services to commercial customers and experience driven direction to both buyers and sellers of residential properties. His knowledge of the local landscape helps people relocating from other areas to ease their transition to the Catskills' unique environment. He is acutely aware of the specific needs of Second Home Owners, being that prior to becoming a full time Catskill resident, he split his time between Sullivan County and NYC. Personable, friendly and driven to perform, James offers professional and even keel insight to the most discerning of customers. James is a lover of the Fine Arts & Film and a Board Member of the Catskill Art Society. He studied at the The Cleveland Institute of Art and received the Ellen B. Stoeckel Fellowship from Yale University. Additionally, James has a keen interest in Sustainable Building Practices and has attended several Green Building conferences and lectures, completed NYSERDA training and managed a variety of LEED based and inspired projects.
